Submit an after-sales ticket;</p> <p><img src="" style="height:264px; width:554px" /></p> <p>II. After you submit an ECS refund ticket, Ping An Cloud&rsquo;s staff will review it. A refund will be given upon approval. At the same time, the ECS and its dependent resources will be cleared.</p> <p>①Where dependent resources are Pay-As-You-Go, they will be directly released;</p> <p>②Where dependent resources are monthly payment/annual payment, they will be directly released and the fee will be settled</p> <p>III. Refund amount will be given in a way of vouchers; <strong>calculation formula: refund amount=unit price of the latest order (instance)* reminding time </strong></p> <p>If the refund amount is less than 0, no refund will be given</p> <p>That full moon buckle whole month, less than the entire month monthly press button. For example, if you purchase a two-month ECS on May 1, you will apply for a refund on May 3, and the remaining period will be one month.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Description </strong></p> <p>The vouchers are applicable to ECS with unlimited applicable frequency and 3-year valid period (Since the date of issue).</p> <p><span style="color:#fdad87"><strong>Note</strong>: Please ensure that data on the ECS/resources have been migrated or backed up before performing the unsubscription operation. After the unsubscription is completed, data on the ECS will be deleted and cannot be retrieved.</span></p>
