2、Prior to March 25,2020, the IP rental fee is in the promotional discount period and is temporarily free. After the promotion period, the charging policy will be adjusted at any time;

3、Users who have purchased CT bandwidth packages before April 29, 2020 can continue to use and purchase CT bandwidth packages;

4、Users who did not purchased CT bandwidth packages before April 29, 2020 can only purchase the BGP bandwidth packages;
